One of the things I love about Somatic work...

Is working to provide a safe container for people to gently, come back to themselves–helping to embody the understanding that everything we need to heal and grow is already within us.

Hi! I'm Bridget

Before becoming a somatic practitioner and coach, I spent well over a decade in the corporate world leading large teams and navigating high-pressure environments. As a servant leader, I was committed to building trust, fostering growth, and creating cultures of psychological safety. But behind high performance, I saw stress, burnout, and disconnection — in my teams and in myself. That insight led me to somatic work, where I discovered the missing piece: nervous system awareness. Today, I blend practical leadership experience with deep somatic tools to help clients become calmer, more present parents, leaders, friends and partners by building their capacity to stay regulated in the face of challenge, to hold boundaries with love and clarity, and to model emotional resilience for others.

As a result of my own journey, I came to understand that we can’t leave the body out when it comes to our healing and growth. Somatic work is a way of understanding trauma and the body.

This work inspires me every day. I'm honoured to hold space for you and support you in finding more ease in your journey. And in the experience of working with you, I'm happily doing my life's work.

TAKE A POWERFUL STEP FORWARD NOW.
I WILL MEET YOU THERE.

Green heart

Behind every coping mechanism or defense is intelligence that kept us alive and helped us survive a complex world
